My Fantastic new bathroom

I have been asked by my daughter to thank and compliment More Bathrooms, part of the Passmore Group, for the excellent job they have now completed. I enclose a copy of the email she sent me asking me to fill in your questionnaire.

Quality finish.

We have had our en-suite converted to a wet room and main bathroom and cloakroom replaced.

Overall this has been a great experience. The workmanship of the fitter Steve is second to none and we are delighted with the final results. The process throughout was very good. from visiting showroom, Garry coming to our house and assisting with design to the office staff ringing and keeping us up to date with progress.

We have had a few small issues at the very end however these were fully resolved. We would (and have) recommended More Bathrooms, part of the Passmore Group to friends and would certainly use them again. Probably not the cheapest company but worth every penny if you want a quality finish.

We were delighted with the service that we have received at all stages. Simon helped us to come up with a great design to turn our 'odd-shaped' bathroom into a wet-room.

Steve completed the work in our house. I can't praise Steve enough - he is very skilful and clearly takes great pride in his work. Steve communicated brilliantly with us, kept the house clean and tidy throughout the job and was friendly and professional.
