Modern Bathroom | Leeds | West Yorkshire

Problem:

Mr & Mrs Burke’s dated green 5-piece bathroom consisted of a square shower room enclosure, bath and a semi-recessed basin, toilet and bidet.

Wanting to create a space they could relax in after a long day, they desired a modern bathroom design that made for easier access and encompassed sufficient storage solutions.

Design solution:

Visiting our Leeds Bathroom Showroom to gather further information on modern bathroom designs, Mr and Mrs Burke were greeted by More Bathrooms Senior Designer Simon, who discussed with them their wants, needs and the changes they hoped to make within their bathroom.

Following the initial discussion Mr & Mrs Burke booked a free design appointment for Simon to visit their home to view their bathroom, provide further design advice and create a provisional quote dependant to their final fixture and fitting choices.

With Mr & Mrs Burke being open to ideas Simon created a modern and spacious bathroom design that incorporated the clients requirements. Inviting them to our Harrogate Bathroom Showroom to present them with a visual CAD, Simon discussed any changes and assisted them in choosing their final fixtures and fittings.

Modern Bathroom Installation:

A result of Mr & Mr Burke wanting to keep the option of having both a bath and shower, a bespoke wet room, concealed behind a glass screen was installed, along with an enclosed bath with centre taps, by multi-skilled fitter, Martin.

Additional sanity ware also included a countertop basin, sat on a piece of module fitted furniture, and wall hung WC. Creating the illusion of a bigger bathroom by opening up visible floor space the wall and floor coverings included modern marble effect wall boards and grey vinyl flooring.

Modern Bathroom finishing touches included a heated towel rail, illuminated mirror and additional bathroom storage furniture in the form of a matching contemporary modular tower cabinet to store their towels and bathroom amenities.

Outcome:

A dated bathroom was transformed into a spacious 4-piece modern bathroom design that encompassed contemporary storage solutions and future proofed fixtures and fittings.
